1. Right of withdrawal - 14 calendar days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies to all orders regardless of delivery region. This policy is offered voluntarily and mirrors the consumer right of withdrawal established under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, applied globally as our standard.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The pack must be unopened, with the hygiene seal intact.
  • Once the hygiene seal is broken, food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is a lawful exception under consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e)).
  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the date you received the parcel.

3. How to initiate a return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your name, phone number used for the order, and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Please use a tracked shipping method.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the product was delivered in error or is demonstrably defective. If the product is defective, please contact us with photos and we will arrange a free return or replacement.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return. We will confirm receipt of your refund by email.

6. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before dispatch:

  • During the phone confirmation call - simply tell the team member you wish to cancel.
  • After the call but before dispatch - email us at [email protected] or call +1 720 415 8830.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may decline the parcel on delivery at no cost. The order will be cancelled automatically.
